As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and ensuring that more students can benefit from our services.

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn about the sales process, develop essential skills, and contribute to the growth of our company. You will be working closely with the Founder of Superpower Mentors as well as Sales and Marketing team members, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, customer outreach, and sales strategy execution. The ideal candidate is not afraid of doing the little things extremely well and is always striving to be 1% better every day. COVER LETTER A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Support the sales team in contacting prospective clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce our services and schedule meetings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions and sales activity records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Leadership team to align sales campaigns.
  • Reporting: Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
  • Partnerships and Lead Support: Help identify and research potential leads through various channels, such as social media, online databases, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn about sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
